5. Non-refundable cases

  • the issue is due to an insufficient, unstable or incompatible internet connection;
  • the user’s device is not compatible with the chosen IPTV app;
  • the user entered incorrect data in the app;
  • the user changes their mind after receiving and using the credentials;
  • the request is made outside the set time limit;
  • the user shares their credentials with third parties or makes unauthorised use of them;
  • the issue depends on a third-party app, IPTV player or device;
  • the user expected access to specific content, channels or platforms not expressly guaranteed by Strong 4K UK.

This policy does not limit the rights the consumer may have under applicable regulations.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital services

For distance purchases, consumers may have a right of withdrawal within the applicable statutory period. However, for certain digital services or content, this right may be limited when the user requests or agrees that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period. By purchasing a Strong 4K UK digital service and requesting its activation, the user acknowledges that the service may begin to be provided digitally.

7. Technical issues and support
